College Recruiting Program Specialist (Finance)
Job Summary
The College Recruiting Program Specialist will set strategy and ensure successful execution of Sundt's college recruiting program. This program includes year-round recruiting and related activities for summer internships, primarily students studying construction management and engineering degrees. This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Senior) which provide for a progression of skill and experience. Step I is entry level for individuals with zero to minimum experience in this position. Step II is used for employees with 1-3 years of experience. The 'Senior' step is used for employees with more than 4 years of experience.
