Production Systems and Commercialization Manager (Finance)
Ensures production processes and production systems are designed and capable for commercialized products.
Works closely with Director of S&OP to understand commercialization backlog prioritization.
Works cross-functionally, aggressively, and tactfully to accelerates the timely commissioning of new products.
Oversees first run of newly commissioned products and clearly communicates risks, gaps and capabilities while taking corrective action to improve capabilities.
Champions master data integrity, maintenance, and cleanup initiatives in AX.
Validates BOM, routes, and consumable locations in AX.
Takes action to fix problems as they arise with BOM, formula, master data, and routes.
Assists with production system configuration when impacted by continuous improvement initiatives.
Working with Supply Chain to align on cold start and warm start lead times.
Manage and provide detailed guidance on item set-ups and attributes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in the food industry
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
PMI certification a plus
Strong AX Dynamic experience preferred
Experience with leading multiple projects, managing priorities, and resource management
Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative thinker
Strong communication and organizational skills
Skilled user of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work both collaboratively as a team across various functions and work independently in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills across various levels including executive management
HOURS AND PAY:
Positions are available on multiple shifts at our Little Chute, Wisconsin facility. We offer competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
