Retail Service Specialist - Part Time (Sales)

The Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - Other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is active and has a variety of responsibilities, so the day goes quickly for our retail team. Our associates will assist customers and cashier at checkout with sales, price and stock merchandise, process donations to meet production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.
Position Requirements:
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $14.19 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance. We are looking for candidates that can work a varied schedule and up to 29 hours per week. Shifts can be scheduled between the hours of 8a - 730p and the duration can vary depending on store needs. Candidates must have weekend availability as working every other weekend is required. There may be situations in which we consider more specific availability.
