Sales Operations Project Specialist (Finance)



As a Sales Operations Project Specialist, you will work with sales teams and other cross-functional partners to operationally help with the onboarding of new programs and retaining current customers for the Lands' End Business Outfitters Division. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing all orders and projects submitted by internal customers, ensuring both large and small projects are completed accurately and within noted timeframes.  Accuracy and flexibility are critical. You will coordinate shipping logistics with both internal and external shipping partners.  You will be responsible for communicating with Prep Room counterparts to inform and prioritize projects, orders and general workload.

You will be required to coordinate printing of creative materials, compiling necessary shipments and understanding internal customer business requirements and how they relate to Lands' End processes, supporting your customer with other tasks as needed. Additionally, you should also be willing to learn the Lean and Agile methodologies in order to provide quick turnaround on customer needs and keep an eye to improving the day-to-day operational processes as part of a team. 

  • You will act as main point of contact for internal customer - engage team to ensure accurate, complete and timely shipments.
  • You will coordinate and facilitate any necessary meetings. 
  • You will manage relationship and communication between cross-functional partners and internal customers.
  • You will actively identify areas for improvement and proposed solutions for processes/procedures.
  • You will document necessary processes for Prep Room following Process Documentation Templates/Processes and participate in additional projects as assigned to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Travel may be required 2-3 times per year to support Fit Events.
  • May work on special projects/other duties as assigned

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to be uncover root causes.
  • Self-awareness and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Available for minimal travel, including some weekends.
