Network Operations (Finance)
Minimum requirements: Master's degree or its equivalent in Network Engineering or related field; plus 3 years of related experience.
Must have: Proven ability to maintain and improve relevant documentation repository as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records; Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain standards and procedures for network design and configurations; Proven knowledge in developing network architecture using Routing and Switching, Wireless Design, Load Balancing, SSL VPN Solutions (including Zero Trust Models), Firewalls, Web Proxy, Software Defined Networking, SD-WAN, Cisco UC/UCCE, or Carrier SIP Trunking; Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and demonstrate a strong understanding how to effectively utilize new networking technologies; Demonstrated experience designing network architecture using a thorough knowledge of infrastructure technologies interdependencies; Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining IT lab environments and troubleshooting and problem solving in the performance of the application design and development; Proven ability to lead and execute large projects and serve as the final technical escalation point of contact for network technologies; Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and updating standards documentation; Demonstrated experience conducting research, testing, and evaluations on network solutions; Proven ability in automating network device configurations using Python scripting; Demonstrated experience configuring management tools, including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; and Demonstrated ability to leverage Network Management tools including but not limited to SevOne, Splunk, ThousandEyes, or Netbrain.
