Overview
We are looking for a Community Care Coord to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for providing administrative support for department projects and manages site facility duties. This role prepares correspondence, identifies project timelines and manages appointments and meetings. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist with facility related duties such as mail, answering phones, general office supplies, greeting visitors and new hire onboarding.
