QUALIFICATIONS    

1. Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology, or anthropology plus one (1) year of experience in a CASSP system program; OR
2. Bachelor's Degree in any field with twelve (12) college level semester hours in humanities or social services plus one (1) year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker; OR
3. Be a licensed RN plus 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.
2. Must complete and pass agency Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training. 
3. Must have emotional stability to perform essential job functions. 
4. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation are required.
6. Ability to adapt hours to needs of position.  Will need to work evenings and/or weekend hours regularly, including providing on-call emergency services on a rotating basis.
7. Access to a telephone.
8. Ability to remain organized despite pressured situations.
9. Eligible for PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance.  
10. Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency's Core Values.

4. Will work cooperatively and in conjunction with the assigned Mental Health Professional.
5. Will participate in agency and state mandated trainings.
6. Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage.
7. Must meet agency productivity standards.
