Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will provide friendly point of contact and act as a focal point of communication between employees and visitors. This role provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls for multiple subsidiaries, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, office presentation, conference room management, and requisition of supplies.ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
· Keep work area clean, orderly and safe
· Answers telephones and directs caller to appropriate place
· Greets and directs visitors to the company
· Provide applicants and new hires with beginning paperwork
· Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
· Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the location, fax numbers, company website and other related information
· Order and maintain office and cleaning supplies
· Assists with other related clerical duties such scheduling, data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, stuffing envelopes and collating
· Assist accounting department with various activities as needed
· Other tasks as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· High School or Degree or GED required
· One to three years of administrative experience required
· Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation
