NetSuite Administrator (Finance)
Serving as NetSuite administrator and primary NetSuite support resource for Microbiologics including website support (NetSuite E-commerce) and EDI.
Supporting NetSuite users with native NetSuite design, architecture, configuration, functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting, controls and performance of the applications and technology.
Leading testing activities for all changes to the NetSuite production account such as adding new functionality, project implementations, NetSuite software updates, enhancements, break/fix etc. including software validation plans and reports.
Collaborating with key stakeholders and the IT team on the enhancement management process and team, providing support to translate business requirements into technical specifications consistent with enterprise architecture and best practices.
Supporting Corporate System Architects and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the NetSuite platform roadmap to ensure strategic alignment of existing systems and future systems.
Periodically reviewing and optimizing NetSuite modules and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Developing and maintaining training documentation and process diagrams for existing and new business processes.
Driving NetSuite adoption efforts through improvements to user-interface, user training and sharing best practices to enhance overall user experience.
Assisting with the development of policies and procedures related to NetSuite systems controls and operations, data security and compliance, electronic storage and organization strategy and maintenance.
Providing support for Dell Boomi or similar middleware platform and application integrations to NetSuite.

Here is what we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business.
Minimum of 4 years' experience working with any major ERP System.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator (3-6 years of experience, preferred).
Experience providing NetSuite support at the enterprise level.
Experience working with Agile methodology preferred.
Ability to use native SuiteFlow functionality for process automation.
