Sr. Land Analyst (Finance)
Job Summary
The Sr Land Analyst will be responsible for maintenance, creation and termination of Mineral Agreements; drafting, interpretation and set-up of Mineral and Commercial Contracts; to enable tracking of ownership and associated obligations of the corporation, along with support of A&D opportunities, mapping requirements of mineral ownership and corporate activities, AFEs and interaction with Finance Group.
US Onshore: Position will be responsible to support all drilling and development activities in the Eagle Ford Shale which may include drafting/reviewing production allocation agreements, operating agreements, managing the allocation of WI and NRI for allocation wells, landowner communications, managing the AFE process in AFE Nexus, and invoice processing in SAP.
Offshore Responsibilities: Support Division Order Staff with Working Interest and NRI set up in SAP for new wells and manage change of ownership for existing wells.
The Sr Land Analyst will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remote.
