The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for a Payroll Supervisor to join the Finance Team.

- Classification: Full-Time
- Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
- The hourly pay range for this position: $36 to $38.50
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Excel proficiency
- Union hotel experience is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable of audit processes
What will I be doing
As a Payroll Supervisor, you will perform activities to support the Payroll and General Accounting functions. This is a full time on-site position.
- Processes hours and payroll for hotel team members.
- Reviews accuracy of payroll and deductions and reports all discrepancies to supervisor.
- Prepares payroll reports
- Conducts annual record retention procedures, assists in processing quarterly, year-end closings (Disability, W-2's)
- Processes tips and gratuities
