eDiscovery Project Analyst (Legal)

Job Description:
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq
Draft processing statements of work to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project
Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing
Interpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to operational groups
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data
Import load-ready data sets into Relativity
Conduct searches of electronic data
Perform quality control checks of work product from operations groups and other team members
Creating reports as required
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms
Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes
Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase
Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail
Proven ability to work well in a team based environment
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor degree preferred
Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Analytics Expert is a plus
A solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, basic UNIX, Windows, hardware, networking, and delimited files, experience with SQL database and other database applications is a plus
Work Shift Requirements:
Monday – Friday 8 AM CT – 5 PM
Work Conditions:
Available to work evenings and weekend shifts as needed #LI-SM1
