Manager, Content Strategy
The Manager, Content Strategy role is responsible for the daily operations of a team of content strategists and ensures the team utilizes best practices (including instructional design methodologies) for timely execution of a variety of product roadmaps. The Manager is responsible for the implementation of consistent operational efficiencies and high quality across the product lines. The Manager is a standout idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Manager leads by example and coaches the team toward these behaviors.
