Year-round Co-op – IT End User Support (Information Technology)
Provide hands-on end user support including:
First-level analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop, printer, or scanner problems for end users working onsite and remote. Escalate support requests as needed.
Please include the physical aspects of the job. For example: long periods of standing, lifting, PPE requirements, working with chemicals and solvents, climbing, walking, bending, outdoor work . . .
