Assistant Marketplace Manager (Biotech)



As the Assistant Marketplace Manager, you will support the operations and management of the 3rd party marketplace and 3rd party platform marketing. You will assist in driving the sales and reviewing the performance of marketplace channels to optimize category performance. You will facilitate and drive E-commerce system integration between internal and marketplace platforms. In addition, you will assist in the daily marketing operation, including product listing, product pricing, promotions, and advertising follow-up. You will also assist in handling accounting matters including costing and account reconciliation.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Retail Merchandising, Buying, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of specialty retail experience; multi-channel brand experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Proficient excel and a working knowledge of IPLM, Quick view, Business Objectives and Sharepoint, a plus
  • Instinct and passion for great product, strong product point of view.
  • Acute awareness of market trends.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize independently in a highly competitive and fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence.
