Executive Aide (Government)
Summary
Under minimal supervision, provides executive administrative support to CEO, which includes verifying and analyzing various statistical/financial data, quote generation, attend customer calls/meetings to ensure problem resolution and excellence in service, report-writing, organizing various types of confidential data for presentation, and arranges meetings.
This position requires high level of confidentiality, sense of urgency, strong ethics and enthusiasm for the job and company.
