What you will do
Leveraging your disciplined focus on customers, attention to their needs, and creating amazing candidate experiences, you will be responsible the full lifecycle of recruiting for direct and indirect hiring for our Gilbert, AZ facility for the Silent-Aire group. To deliver on this objective, you will prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles. You will also work closely with your manager, hiring managers, and local leadership to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets the overall recruiting goals.

You believe the best work is done collaboratively with a team, and you seek to partner with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals. You hold peers accountable for commitments but demonstrate loyalty to the team through competent delivery and approachability. You're analytical, considering data from multiple sources and relationships and can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions and assumptions that will best benefit the business.
What we look for
Required:
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
Exceptional communication skills – verbal/written
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding him/her from receiving the vaccine
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience recruiting for hourly, non-exempt Operations positions
Proven competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
Technology aptitude – previous experience with Workday Recruit (ATS), Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how search principles apply to both internet and database searches
