Job Summary:
Behavior Technicians will work directly with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other intellectual/developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or the ISS Coordinator. The Behavior Technician is also responsible for collecting data, graphing, aiding in assessments, and record keeping.
