We are seeking a highly experienced and independent Senior HR Business Partner to support our dynamic technology and sales teams in Boise, Idaho. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to operate autonomously and proactively identify solutions to complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of consultative skills, be adept at change management, and demonstrate a high degree of comfort navigating a matrix organization and complex organizational structures. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
This position is based out of our downtown Boise office and will be onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What you will do
Apply in-depth HR knowledge to guide and consult with senior and executive leaders
Operate independently to identify opportunities and apply effective HR solutions to complex business problems
Coordinate and advise on the execution of defined HR programs and projects, including but not limited to merit, performance, and talent review processes
Partner and effectively engage with stakeholders to implement HR programs, sometimes developing internal procedures to execute those programs based on the specific environment and available resources
Interpret business strategy and provide guidance on change management, organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Execute the human capital implications of organizational design projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Improve business outcomes through talent optimization and coaching managers to drive greater productivity and higher engagement
Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of key employees
What experience you need
7+ years of Human Resources experience within a complex organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management and compensation
HR experience supporting multiple functional areas within the business - product, technology, marketing, sales, etc.
Successful history supporting multi-location and/or remote teams
Experience supporting senior level leaders (VP+)
Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgment
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to develop, attract and assess talent
