    JOB SUMMARY

    Support the Marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs and campaigns. Analyzing data in project management system (ProjectPlace) to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, managing the production of marketing collateral and promotional items. Monitor all active team projects and activities and coordinate and adjust resources as necessary to align with priorities.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manage and track expectations proactively regarding all production activity by providing status reports with consistent and regular communications to the team.
    • Manage promotional item ordering and inventory.
    • Assist with fast turnaround and ad hoc marketing projects.
    • Assist with utilization reporting and analysis of marketing team member workloads.
    • Assist with guiding business unit team members to marketing resources as needed.
    • Assist with contributing to multiple marketing projects in collaboration with account managers/team leaders.
    • Collaborate with Account and Creative colleagues through project management system (ProjectPlace) to develop accurate and complete job specifications and take each assignment through to finish.
    • Troubleshoot throughout project lifecycle to re-balance team workload as necessary and provide quality assurance.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and assist with delivery when needed.
    • Assist with issuing purchase orders, as appropriate.
    • Actively participate in SourceAmerica's Everyday Performance Management program
    • Cooperate fully with meeting the requirements of the Cooperative Agreement
    • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Associates degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the required education
    • 2 years prior relevant work experience

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution
    • 3+ years with BA/BS

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to quickly condense complex issues into multiple digestible written components.
    • Interest in disability employment, events marketing, and web.
    • Collaborative in nature; enjoy working as part of a team with multiple internal and external resources. Must be able to work independently.
    • Fast-paced work environment; deadline-oriented with changing priorities.
    • Experience working with project management systems and workflow tools to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
    • Mastery of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Ability to perform duties independently – but know when appropriate to seek guidance.
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team player.
    • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and teams across a 400+ organization with a national footprint.
    • Strong organizational skills.
