CASH-WA DIRECT STORE MANAGER

Position Summary

Oversee the day-to-day store operations while also managing the planning, forecasting & budgeting with an objective of increasing the bottom line.  This position will spend quality time in the store covering staff and/or working with staff on duties as needed, but primary focus will be on activities to improve traffic flow and profitability.

Education & Experience

• High school education or equivalency required; additional education preferred
• One year of leadership experience preferred
• One year of experience in retail preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide array of personalities
• Be self-motivated and results oriented
• Basic computer skills are a must, with Excel experience preferred; and the ability to learn new systems

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time (approximately 30% of the day) performing administration duties
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities (stand / walk / bend / squat / stoop / kneel) on a regular basis when performing store duties or visiting community businesses.
