Based in Greenwich, NY, Access Anvil serves commercial, industrial, municipal, and government clients across eastern New York, western Vermont, and Massachusetts. We specialize in securing what matters most — from schools and airports to private corporations and federal facilities.

What You'll Do
As a key part of our estimating and sales team, you'll:
- Identify and pursue new perimeter security project leads using specialized software.
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer quote requests.
- Analyze project plans and, when needed, conduct on-site visits to gather specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed, competitive quotes for security and access control systems.
- Follow up on proposals to ensure we win the work – and deliver outstanding service.
- Coordinate submittals and approvals required for project execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating or a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents.
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple quotes at once and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be working closely with both customers and internal teams.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- A mechanical mindset and a can-do attitude.
