Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance)



We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing all maintenance activities required to maintain the efficient and safe operation of all equipment. Will lead all assigned maintenance personnel across three shifts of operation; assigning work orders, coordinating repairs and service work. Drives efforts to continuously improve performance and service internal customers in a timely and efficient manner

This position be working in our Neenah, WI facility.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedules and manages employees to minimize machine downtime, timely completion of work orders and emergency work request, coordination to minimize production disruptions. Core hours of 5am-3pm with flexibility to work with other shifts. Maintains records, works with Engineering to requisition new and replacement parts and supplies. Ensures positive employee relations, provides employees coaching and developmentassists with attendance schedules, assigning PTO, and handling discipline according to policy. Drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Develop and safely achieve department performance metrics. Utilizes manufacturing techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, 6-S) to achieve planned performance on all shifts. Influences (supports) employees to participate in continuous improvement activities. Assures that all personnel are trained on machinery repair and service requirements. Communicates information to personnel in all departments on all shifts so production continues to flow smoothly and efficiently. Ensures a safe working environment, that all employees follow safety procedures, and performs accident investigations when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree preferred, 5-7 years previous experience in the area of maintenance, 3 years supervisory experience required. Broad technical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, ?less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
