Develops quality objectives complementary to corporate and PG goals and implements plans and strategies to achieve those objectives.
Directs and performs all operations-related activities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements imposed by codes and standards used in the supply of the HFH product lines (including ASME, ABS, PED, 3A, BPE and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other applicable ones as required).
Support NCR and Internal/External Claims as required.
Coordinates and review calibration of assets for Richmond Operations.
Support welding processes and inspection methods, as required
Coordinates and support customer inspection, customer audits and QA requests
Coordinates and drives continuous improvement, ALPS, 5S activities or projects addressing quality related problems and improvements.
Perform SOP audits of key personnel in the organization as related to quality and job requirements.
Customer focused team player with a high degree of integrity, initiative and personal motivation.

Qualifications & Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent
Use of inspection procedures, product testing and working knowledge of 3A, BPE and ISO requirements.
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies (ALPS), Green Belt Certification preferred
1-3 years of experience working with Heat exchangers and Fluid handling products a plus.
Working knowledge of ERP software systems, a plus
Microsoft tools required.
Reports to the HFH Team Manager.
Working relationship with all roles within 1st and 2nd shift Operations, Sales, Suppliers, Regulatory agencies, Customers, and 3rd party inspection agencies.
Advise management in case of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance and quality control activities and suggest actions being taken to improve the situation.
