Temporary Editorial + Market Assistant, ELLE Decor (Creative Design)

Key Editorial Responsibilities:

· Assist the head of editorial content with scheduling, expense reporting, various office tasks and support as needed.

· Attend press previews, design events, and showroom appointments as needed.

· Ensure all print and digital stories follow proper crediting and trafficking interiors project credit sheets.

· Collaborate with other departments including social, photo, and video teams on cross-platform initiatives.

Key Market Editorial Responsibilities:

· Assist the market director with product research, sample coordination, and prop pulls for photoshoots.

· Track and manage returns and loans for market pages and trafficking market credit sheets and hi-res imagery.

· Coordinate and maintain organization of the prop closet, showroom contacts, and vendor database.

The base salary for this role is between $20/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
