Statement of Work:

  • The Clinical Program Manager is an Arizona licensed mental health professional providing clinical services and leadership within the Assisted Group Living (AGL) Department. This is a highly skilled professional full-time position. Clinical services provided to behavioral health clients include treatment planning, clinical behavioral interventions, individual and group counseling, staffings, client screenings and intake assessments as well as discharge planning. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring oversight for all direct care personnel/behavioral health technicians (BHTs) to several licensed behavioral health residential facilities (BHRFs) and Adult Therapeutic Foster Homes; this position requires excellent leadership skills to direct staff who provide direct care to clients. Further, the position will ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, coordination with case management agencies, monitoring quality of service provisions and advocacy when necessary. If applicable, associate licensees will be provided clinical supervision by an approved AzBBHE clinical supervisor.

Minimum Required:

  • Behavioral Health Professional (LMSW, LAC)
  • Experience with the behavioral health population

Preferred:

  • LPC or LCSW
  • Experience with Seriously Mentally Ill Adults
