Summary
The Program Manager, Implementation is responsible for planning and executing assigned customer work (T-Mobile) throughout the area. The Implementation Program Manager will collaborate with counterparts in all functional groups to increase consistency and efficiency through utilization of best practices. This role will drive consistency for the customer and Crown Castle to help improve cycle time and reduce cost. The Program Manager will monitor projects across a regional customer footprint to ensure predictable and consistent delivery of projects. This role will work in a complex and diverse matrix environment and will be able to lead / manage/ influence to drive cross functional resources to a common goal. Additionally, this position will work with Regional Sales and Customer Program Support to help define and initiate new scopes of work. This position requires a minimum of five (5)+ years managing people plus high volume and complex programs supporting customer facing projects.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions 60% of the time. Required travel to project sites and customer offices. Heavy travel may be required up to 40% of time during peak production periods. We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in local office and up to 2 days working remotely each week.
