Channel Marketing Manager (Education)
The Role
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing brand marketing strategy across DTC and US retail channels as well as provide insights and direction to global marketing teams for execution across regional teams. Will work closely with GTM Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to understand key marketing initiatives and convey specific channel needs for marketing support. The Channel Marketing Manager must possess a unique blend of project management, presentation skills, business management, Data analysis & reporting skills, excellent team spirit and brand/ industry passion. This person needs to understand the core consumer and the broader opportunity and have a sense of urgency to move quickly in a dynamic brand.
Your Impact
Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with Key Account Managers and key retail partners to understand market needs and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives with a focus on US key accounts (REI, DSW, DSG, etc.). With support from the Channel Marketing Associate, also support independent specialty retail needs including execution of POP program, promotional items, and seasonal assets. Support regional partners in retail execution by briefing, communicating, and approving global in-store marketing initiatives. Oversee ideation and implementation of retail training and engagement through execution of seasonal training and product seeding strategies. In addition, role will work closely with Teva DTC teams, GTM Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager to execute brand marketing strategies within Teva.com site placement and email marketing campaigns. Provide feedback and insights on all marketing executions within the channel including marketing creative and copy.
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Teva DTC teams, regional and retail partners to ensure all are aligned with marketing goals, messaging, and channel strategies.
• Develop custom marketing programs for key accounts that deliver on both brand and account goals. Develop relationships with sales and key retail partners to execute marketing objects and maintaining brand standards and premium presentation of Teva in retail marketplace.
• With assistance of Channel Marketing Associate, oversee creation and execution of branded POP, promotional items, sales contests, seeding programs, retail training, and seasonal assets to support global retail needs, accelerate sell through, and elevate brand presentation in market.
• Create and maintain trade calendar of activities working with Brand Marketing teams, define strategic KPI's to evaluate global programs and guide marketing investment.
• Oversee execution of marketing objections along with Teva DTC partners including website and email campaign execution.
• Be the point person when reviewing marketing objective planning across global DTC teams and contribute to developing the seasonal pre-season merch and marketing plans.
• Analyze our internal customer data and consumer research data and work closely with our DTC team to translate those insights into developing business strategies with the Brand Marketing Team.
• Partner on digitally-led consumer centric website enhancements and promotions in collaboration with Global Brand Marketing team and Teva DTC.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related Discipline
• 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience including retail marketing experiences
• Digital, ecommerce, CRM, or other data-driven marketing experience preferred
• New product innovations/launch experience preferred
• Apparel/Fashion industry experience preferred
