What Youll Do:
Assist with specialized pruning and tree take downs, using equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools.Demonstrate proper tree wounding/pruning techniques and handle trimming up to 20 feet high.Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.Participate in safety meetings and implement best practices.Identify trees and diseases and lead small work crews safely and efficiently.Support the Tree Worker 2 in tree-related activities.Deliver exceptional service to clients, work-site partners, and Bemus staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
