Service Technician II (Maintenance)

The Presidio, 72 Unit Apartment Community is seeking a Service Technician II Full Time

Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs. Additionally, will provide residents with outstanding customer service, attention to detail and take pride in doing a good job. Selected individuals will assist with after hour emergency calls.

- Provide residents with outstanding customer service

- Perform basic home repairs to include electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs

- Assist with after-hour emergency calls (premium pay)

• Position requires minimum two (2) years general plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs.


• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
