Project Manager, Supply Chain (Biotech)

We are looking to add a talented, ambitious, and results-oriented individual to our team as a Supply Chain Project Manager. As part of our team of a growing site, this individual will have the opportunity to help identify and execute process improvement projects across our supply chain operations for the site. Additionally working with cross functional teams on impacting processes that have overarching impact. This opportunity will allow you to help us find new ways of working to better partner and collaborate with the other departments, other sites, and customers. These projects will include projects from all aspects of the Supply Chain including procurement, material planning, warehouse, and master data. In this role you will be key in maturation of our supply chain team and growth of the site to work more efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Be the Change Agent for the department
Works closely with Supply Chain team and cross functional to define and execute process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize projects, address project changes, and evaluate options. Mobilizing resources and executing timelines based on business needs and requirements
Navigating complex interactions with stakeholders using high-level problem-solving skills
Creating and publishing dashboard of key indicators of progress that can easily be referenced by team members and stakeholders

Key requirements:
BS/BA in Supply Chain/Business Administration/Engineering is required. MBA is a plus.
10 -12 years of multi-faceted Supply Chain experience (Supply planning, warehouse, master data, procurement)
SAP Experience required
Experience outside pharma is welcome
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Experience effectively managing complex cross-functional business projects, preferred. Strong demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
Excellent strategic and business development skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization
Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex inventory data with a focus on forecasting and optimization
Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
