Technical Publications Administrator - Aviation Services (Finance)
Overview
We are seeking a full-time Technical Publications Administrator for Aviation Services in our Scottsdale, AZ location. In this role, you will be responsible for creating documentation on best practices for charting and flying procedures, updating and maintaining performance books/manuals for our customers and sharing with all customers in either electronic form or hard copy after documentation is fully updated.
*This role will only be open to local Scottsdale/Phoenix based applicants.
Essential Functions
- Edit/maintain existing performance books to ensure updated/accurate information is kept on a monthly basis
- Create new verbiage for performance books as needed
- Communicate updates/edits of performance books to existing customer base
- Produce new performance books for new customers and for new aircraft
- Fulfill speed book orders for our existing customers by providing accurate weight and speed requirements, printing and laminating
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in the airline industry OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF and OneNote
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be positive, detail oriented, organized, team oriented, multi-tasker, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Administrative background and comfortable with repetitive tasks
