Responsible for managing the administrative function for Head Office expatriates posted to the Mizuho's U.S. offices. Responsibilities include: visa and staying permit extensions, individual income tax issues, health insurance and payroll monitoring, etc. Expatriate Benefit policies & procedures are managed according to Tokyo Head Office guidelines.
