RN Clinic Manager/Clinic Manager – Mount Horeb and Cross Plains (Finance)



Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager/Clinic Manager to:

  • Lead the daily and administrative functions for the Mount Horeb and Cross Plains clinics.
  • Analyze clinical practice and identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, and expense, and revenues estimates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business or related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience Required
  • 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
