Position Summary
Independently, with moderate supervision, analyzes and researches technical problems of moderate complexity. Provides a wide range of technical assistance to end users supporting: Cloud, DevOps, Operations (Middleware, Database, Server & Storage) and Technical support for organizational users.
Provides direction and support throughout the duration of processes and projects, from the design stages to testing, through to final production. Functions performed include defining and maintaining support documentation and responding to contingencies during the IT cycle of events. Professionals in this field ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems by effectively managing projects and resources while maintaining accurate documentation and addressing unforeseen challenges.

Enterprise app platform health, OCM, trending and analytics.
Preferred Experience & Skills
corporate communication applications such as Exchange, Mimecast, Outlook, Sharepoint, M365, etc. Communication skills and overall technical and business analyst skills.
