What you will do:

As the Talent Acquisition-University & Military Channels  Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing execution and management of JCI university and military recruiting strategies including partnership selection and evaluation, and engagement opportunities. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership on design and implementation of both campus and military recruiting efforts to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment.

How you will do it:

  • Leverage existing partnerships/ programs and build out new strategies with Trade Schools, University, Colleges, etc.

  • Analyze and present key performance metrics from recruitment efforts.

  • Act as the authority on the talent market and trends in these spaces.

  • Leverage past experience and current findings to drive enhancements to university recruiting strategies.

  • Build deep relationships with career services professionals and develop unique strategies for each university that we partner with.

  • Build and Lead a team of recruiters and program managers.

  • Report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and partner with leadership across the recruiting team.

What we look for:

Required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting or human resources.

  • 3+ years in a channels recruitment role at a multi-state organization.

  • Solid understanding of campus and military recruitment strategy for entry level positions.

  • Experience building rapport with military services professionals and college/university leaders.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to take ownership of your work and gets results through sound decision making & effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proven ability and desire to successfully navigate the demands of a high growth environment.

  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1+ year of people management experience, preferred.

  • Experience in a high-volume sales organization, preferred.
