Account Manager (Possible Remote) (Sales)
Management Concepts is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to work in our Open Enrollment Sales Department located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. We are seeking motivated inside sales professionals with a solid track record of B2G/B2B success to join our Open Enrollment sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking sales organization that is focused on aggressively driving new business and establishing solid relationships. This position will be responsible for sales of Management Concepts course offerings. The goal is to increase Management Concepts revenues, market share, and brand awareness within all markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to demonstrate inside sales skills, time management, and knowledge of Management Concepts courses and services. Goal oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. 2+ years relevant business experience preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Employ a consultative selling approach and target new and existing customers via the telephone to sell the full range of Management Concepts course offerings within the Open Enrollment department.
• Manage, maintain and grow an assigned territory and/or account list.
• Develop and cultivate sales leads from new and existing contacts using the telephone and email communications.
• Coordinate sales efforts with other sales teams.
• Achieve 100% of assigned quota.
• Provide customer service and support to accounts that reside within assigned territory.
• Create call and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop full understanding of Management Concepts course offerings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
• Successful candidates must be goal oriented, self-motivated and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, which is energetic, talented and competitive.
• Will need to have a hunter mentality and be comfortable selling at all levels of an organization.
• They must have strong closing skills and be able to sustain a high level of activity and thrive in an environment where accountability is required, and individual contribution is the key to financial reward.
• Our Account Managers are charged with consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, attaining daily productivity metrics and developing pipeline.
EDUCATION AND EX
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 + years of relevant business experience
