Vocational Manager (Personal Services)

We are looking for a committed candidate to join our team as a team building leader for a Vocational Manager (VM). The VM ensures high quality standards within the service environments. The VM is responsible for supervising a vocational site, doing day to day activities in the community and/or social training program for assigned employees through training and assisting employees in the consistent implementation of individualized program plans. The VM assists in the coordination of persons in services with service coordinators, parents, and guardians, attending ISP meetings, and assisting with staffing, and other interested parties through scheduling staff and assignments in order to comply with appropriate funding/ratio regulations.

Candidate needs to be willing to work on a team, provide passionate care, and help others achieve their goals within CSNs vocational setting. CSNs vocational setting is directed toward supporting individuals towards having a meaningful day in a variety of ways which includes developing job skills, participating in volunteer opportunities and exploring and participating in other community opportunities.

Our most successful VM's are engaged in continuous coaching and development of each valued employee through positive motivation, assertiveness, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills while managing and overseeing a vocational setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs. Our Managers coach our employees and support and advocate for the individuals we support. We want engaged employees to help drive our growth and opportunities.
