Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Residential Counselor (Finance)
**$37,752.00 -$41,670.00 per year plus benefits
Community Support Services, Inc. (CSS) is immediately hiring full time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives. We are looking for caring and compassionate people to support adults and children with autism, in upper Montgomery County. Positions provide support in residential settings. If you are interested and enjoy learning how to support, teach and advocate for individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, we have opportunities for you! CSS will provide specific on the job training for each support staff on how to include a person with autism in community and recreational activities. CSS offers unique schedules that work well for college students and individuals or parents who need to be home during the day to attend to other family obligations while working a full time job.

Pay ranges from $37,752.00 annually to 41,670.00 annually.

Schedules available:
1st Shift
Sunday 8am 12am 16 hours
Monday 4pm 12am 8 hours
Tuesday 4pm 12am 8 hours
Wednesday 3pm 4pm (1 hours meeting in person required)
4pm - 10pm 6 hours
(House Meeting:3pm-4pm, every other week) Total = 40 hours instruction/1hr instructional planning & case mgmt
OR
2nd Shift
Wednesday 3pm-4pm 1hour (virtual or in person meeting required)
6pm-12pm 6 hours
Thursday 4pm 12am 8 hours
Friday 4pm -12am 8 hours
Saturday 8am 12am 16 hours
(House Meeting:3pm-4pm, every other week) Total = 40 hours instruction/1hr instructional planning & casemgmt.
