The Principal Engineer will be responsible for Designing and developing solutions for D&Bs complex customer use-cases and issues as well as will work closely with other internal teams (e.g. Product, IT, Engineering). Perform root cause analysis for technically complex issues with the goal of resolving the problem to ensure that any product issues are clearly communicated and resolved in upcoming releases.
