Michael Hatcher & Associates has provided commercial landscape services in the mid-south since 1986. We specialize in commercial landscape installation and maintenance, including irrigation, with a service portfolio that includes professional and medical offices, retail centers, industrial complexes, multi-family developments, and homeowner association communities. We also deliver lawn care fertilization and weed control via the customer-facing brand Master Lawn.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a landscape construction supervisor, you will be the face of the company to our customers and enhance the customer relationship. As the subject matter expert in all things landscaping and construction, you will supervise and coordinate all work performed for the customer, maintain quality control, and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. You will establish and maintain relationships with superintendents, sub-contractors and vendors in all sites. You will also be the point of contact with the customers to communicate expectations to the Landscaping construction manager and designer. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, creating quality work, and meeting customer needs and expectations. You will keep efficiency and quality in mind, making sure tasks are performed within budgeted hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Successfully complete contracted and on-going tasks with quality, efficiency, safety, and accountability
Actively respond to any emergencies, regardless of time
Report equipment problems, unsafe conditions, and accidents to your supervisor and office immediately.
Fill out any necessary documentation accurately and timely
Train and develop Landscape Construction team members
Assist manager in performance evaluations, discipline, or promotion of a crew members
Enforce, identify, and develop new SOP's as needed
Communicate daily with Landscape Construction Manager for all aspects related to assigned job sites
Provide safety training and evaluations
Travel when necessary
