Field Service Technician, Part-Time (Finance)
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a part-time work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' buildings by providing exceptional technical assistance and service.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers, specifically related to various building automation systems, including Alerton Controls, Niagara Tridium N4, Trend Controls, ComfortPoint Open CPO, Trend Controls Jace, and Johnson Controls (JCI)
• Provide technical assistance and expertise for our Building Automation solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $56,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
