Injection Molding Machine Mechanic/Diesetter In this position you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of injection molding machines, molds, and other mechanical equipment used in the injection molding process. You will also be responsible for removal and installation of molds from injection molding machines. Other responsibilities of this position include assisting in the training of B and C class mechanics, disassembly of machinery as well as modification, repairing and maintaining of that machinery. You will also oil and grease machines, check for electrical, hydraulic and mechanical safety and ensure gate operation is safe. You must be able to maintain accurate records for mold setting procedures and auxiliary equipment. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in alternate 2 and 3 day work cycles.
