HR Talent Specialist NC and VA (Finance)
Under the supervision and direction of regional HR Program Partner, and general supervision from the Director, Talent and Diversity and the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration or designee, the HR Talent Specialist will support the regional human capital needs by focusing on handling posting and recruitment projects, on-boarding and off-boarding, reporting requirements and any additional administrative support the regions staff may need. The HR Talent Specialist will be part of a think tank and confer with other HR Professionals and Management to ensure that turnover rates are low and retention rates are high.
