Operations Lead Analyst, Enterprise Print & Distribution - Express Scripts (Finance)



POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Lead Analyst is responsible for the execution and design of new and modifications of existing communications. The Operations Lead Analyst is directly involved in high profile corporate and client initiatives, working cross-functionally to assure requirements are strategically aligned and implemented accurately and on time. Requests may include the creation and/or maintenance of workflows, templates, program rules, monitoring of day- to- day production, research, proofing,and data queries.The Operations Lead Analyst will participate in continuous improvement projects.

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to work in person 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.

Primary Functions

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically design solutions within Modern Composition tools to create solutions to implement and enhance functionality within the tool-sets.
  • Able to support critical and complex initiatives with minimal assistance.
  • Collaboratively works across the organization to resolve issues and develop solutions. Prepare adhoc analysis as needed.
  • Participate in and support implementation of process improvements (e.g. best practices and quality improvement)
  • Interface with IT/developers re: requirements from product, system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain process maps and SOP's.
  • Create and maintain workflows, creation and coding of communication templates and program rules.
  • Monitoring of day- to-day production
  • Triage and reporting

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; BA/BS degree preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience in project/program management, implementation, or related field
  • Experience within Enterprise Print & Distribution required
  • Proficient with SQL coding preferred
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Strong data management and technical skills
  • Highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Express Scripts' systems and platforms helpful
  • Analytical and detail oriented with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines
  • PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful
  • Knowledge in PCs, Internet, Windows and MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access and Visio)
  • Experience with Messagepoint/Quadient/Open Text extreme or like tools preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,200 - 102,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
