Overview:
The Implementation Specialist is the key person who transitions pharmacies through training, startup and steady state. To ensure that this work is done efficiently, he/she works with the individual pharmacies to understand current operations and workflow. He/she is also responsible for creating project plans that are user friendly and have a positive impact on the customers' success. The Implementation Specialist also has an in-depth knowledge of day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow and regulations.
