The Northern Trust Company seeks an Assoc Spec, MO Asset Srvg, HFS to enhance client relationships and optimize operational effectiveness across the bank. Act as a primary liaison, ensuring that all client expectations are surpassed through meticulous management of Middle Office and Operational services. Maintain and execute daily, weekly, and monthly deliverable control checklists, ensuring all service targets and deadlines are achieved. Oversee the resolution of discrepancies and ensure seamless month-end workflows and handoff to the BackOffice teams. Understand clients' downstream processes and dependencies on HFS deliverables. Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution, including regular liaison with Relationships Managers and other Operational Managers to provide seamless service. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field followed by 6 years of progressively responsible experience with trade operations, reconciliations, and hedge fund administration. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with reviewing and verifying monthly and quarterly deliverables including operating expenses, capital activity, manual supports, and close packages; 3 years of experience verifying, settling, and conducting life cycle event processing for financial transactions; 3 years of experience booking trades, income expenses, and ensuring all cash entries are posted; 3 years of experience reviewing financial statements, conducting error analysis, and identifying error trends; 3 years of experience training junior professionals on processes and financial products; 3 years of experience identifying areas for improved automation and working to reduce manual efforts; 3 years of experience managing subordinate professionals and providing performance feedback. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI

Salary Range:
$124,072.00 - $162,400.00

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
