Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing)



Qualifications:

3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior level executives.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the President of the organization and additional Executive Leadership.

Create presentations for executives as needed.

Maintain account listings and territory maps.

Conduct SAP reporting for Sales and customers.

Handle travel arrangements as needed.

Process expense reporting for Executives as needed.

Plan and attend offsite annual sales meeting.

Plan annual leaders meeting.

Coordinate event participation, including purchasing of tickets and maintaining proper documentation. Purchase office supplies for remote employees.

Work on customer requests for information (RFI's) and monitor the Customer Inquiry email inbox.

Other duties as assigned.
