Financial Analyst (Finance)



Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Fremont, CA Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst at Amphenol, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by providing financial insights, conducting in-depth variance analyses, and supporting strategic planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across one of Amphenol's 13 Groups to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth or cost savings Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes across departments or business units Prepare financial reports including variance analysis, profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and upload the financial data to the reporting tool Assisting in preparing monthly financial forecast and OPS review analysis Track and analyze capital expenditures and Return on Investment (ROI) for new projects or product launches Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business objectives Assist in pricing analysis, customer profitability studies, and other financial modeling tasks Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies Support mergers/acquisitions integration (as relevant to Amphenol's acquisition activities) Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and corporate financial tools to compile and analyze data Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus) 2-5 years of financial analysis and reporting experience; experience with manufacturing finance preferred Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
