Harvest Grape Scheduler (Temp) (Agriculture)
Responsible for accurately scheduling incoming grape deliveries. Communicate with Grower Relations staff, winemakers, and winegrowers to efficiently, professionally, and accurately schedule grape deliveries by integrating various sources of information, such as daily winery capacity, harvest parameters, winemakers needs, and winegrowers capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Harvest Scheduling: (70%)
Customer Service/Administration: (30%)
Job Requirements: (Please indicate the minimum required.)
Education/Experience: High School/GED
Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of winery operations and/or agriculture, logistics etc. or the ability to learn.
Physical: Able to sit at and operate a computer for an eight-hour workday. Standard hours during harvest for this position are 5:30am to 2:30pm. Must also be able to work flexible hours and schedules during training and during harvest. This is a temporary position and can require overtime and weekends.
Other: Must be 21 years of age.
